/Child Welfare???s Response to Diversity/ by the North Carolina Division of Social Services and the Family and Children???s Resource Program is a brief report that prepares service providers to work with an increasingly diverse population of children and youth. As the report notes, minorities will comprise more than half of all children by 2023.
