Designed to aid in deeper engagement on race, equity, and social identities in resettlement services. From cultural orientation to employment, the fear of bias and discrimination can pervade the resettlement experience. Through understanding the historical context of the U.S. immigration system, recognizing the influence of cultural norms, and taking intentional steps to address bias, service providers can create resettlement environments built on pillars of inclusion and equity.
