The report details information on state laws covering criminal and civil liability of lodging facilities for incidents of human trafficking that occur on the facility’s property. In addition, this update includes information on other U.S. jurisdictions, such as the District of Columbia and Anchorage, Alaska, that have adopted similar ordinances.
