This resource from The Shanti Volunteer Association (SVA) provides information on library services made available to Cambodian refugees from 1980 to 1991 and to Laotian refugees from 1985 to 1992 in Thailand. In the year 2000, SVA began implementing the project for refugees fleeing to Thailand from Myanmar.
