This report examines the situation of children living in or trafficked to Cambodia who are sexually exploited and the efforts made by the Government and humanitarian aid organizations to assist these children or young people to rescue them from this ‘work’. Furthermore, the report examines the existing legal framework and efforts made to promote better laws and procedures to protect these children, as well as the efforts made to enforce the law and relevant Government policies. The report also looks at the services provided to victims for recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration into their families, communities and society by Government agencies and civil society organizations.
