A two-and-a-half-year study of refugees from the Forced Migration Upward Mobility Project that used a bottom-up, or refugee-centric, perspective. The objective of this report was to strengthen and improve economic integration by understanding how refugees have moved into the fast lane, and how their skills, aspirations, and cultural ladders can be supported in the process of becoming full participants in their new communities.
