Human Rights Violations of Mexican Migrants Detained in the United States

This report exposes the human and civil rights abuses experienced by Mexican migrants at the hands of the U.S. immigration enforcement officials, including those that occur in short-term custody and long-term detention facilities, due process violations, and family separation. It also illustrates the human rights abuses experienced by deported migrants in Mexico, particularly at the hands of municipal police.
