Culturally Appropriate Service Provision for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Children and Families in the New South Wales (NSW) Child Protection System (CPS)

This report summarizes the findings of a review of the national and international literature on the experiences, needs and challenges of CALD children and families in the CPS, as well as the experiences, needs and challenges of their caseworkers and case managers. It also reviews policies on best practice for CALD groups. It may be of interest to those who want to see how other countries handle CPS issues with newcomers.
