Through partnerships with federal, state, and local law enforcement and non-profit victim service providers, MHTTF relationships have build a victim centered approach among members while also targeting training and awareness resources to the community. The importance of a statewide approach to addressing trafficking in Maryland has been recognized and addressed in this report.
