Human Rights Project for Girls has created the Foster Care, Juvenile Justice, and Domestic Child Sex Trafficking Issue Brief to explain the factors that make youth who fall through the cracks of the juvenile justice and child welfare systems vulnerable to trafficking and the importance of cross-system collaboration.
