The 2013 addition is now available with national and State data on key indicators of child well-being. The annual KIDS COUNT project examines the status of children across four domains: economic well-being, education, health, and family and community. This year’s report reveals that while children in the United States have experienced negative economic effects of the recent recession, they have made progress in the areas of education and health.
