Making Children’s Mental Health Services Successful- Organizational Cultural Competence: A Review of Assessment Protocols

This report presents the findings from a review of cultural competence assessment tools designed for use at the organizational level. The study aimed to identify and describe measurable organizational factors that lead to cultural competence in organizations and are therefore associated with increasing service accessibility for racially/ethnically diverse children with serious emotional/behavioral disorders and their families.
