The links between health and factors such as income, education, living and working condition, culture, social support and community connectedness are clear. This report provides and overview of the Minnesota Project and 2020 Framework. It then profiles the Light Rail, Rondo, and the ISAIAH Project as well as the (now closed) East African Women’s Center, including a description of the mother and child programming which has relevance to Head Start programs.
