The Head Start Child Development and Early Learning Framework Promoting Positive Outcomes in Early Childhood Programs Serving Children 3???5 Years Old

This framework recognizes that the population of children served by Head Start and other early childhood programs is growing more diverse. HHS has therefore modified the Framework to include English Language Development. This domain applies to children who speak a language other than English at home.
