This is a collection of resources to assist practitioners in understanding the complexities of collaboration and how to collaborate with other organizations to achieve share goals and outcomes. These resources were designed to help those who are starting collaborations as well as those who need help in strengthening an existing collaboration. This collection of resources includes the National Network of Collaboration’s “Collaboration Framework,” a training manual, standards of practice, and an evaluation toolkit.
