The goal of this protocol and policy model is to support domestic violence agencies in the state of Washington to increase and extend their services to immigrant women whose first language is not English. The statutes mentioned in this protocol (e.g., Title VI) are mandates which recipients of federal funds must adhere to and should be a part of agency policy.
