This is a free online workshop on cultural competency in child welfare. The workshop presents information from a forum held at the University of Minnesota that included a series of talks, panels, and small group discussions of professionals and community members from around the country. This resulting free online workshop includes six self-study modules that discuss the juncture of evidence-based practice and cultural competence in child welfare. The modules are designed for workers, supervisors, administrators and students who are interested in achieving culturally competent, evidence-based practice.
