This New Tool on Cultural Competence and Quality Rating and Improvement Systems (QRIS) is meant to be a guide for early childhood programs as they respond to the needs of diverse children and families. In particular, this tool presents benchmarks that can be used to identify and improve cultural competency practices of QRIS in early childhood.
