This training curriculum offers child welfare service providers with new practices for improving the welfare of newcomer children and their families. The training aims to help service providers deliver culturally competent services, better recognize signs of maltreatment and human trafficking, utilize different resources in assisting immigrant children, and identify legal regulations and their impact on newcomer youth.
