Serves as a free, web-based service to inform and advise educators and Spanish-speaking families of English language learners (ELLs) in a variety of techniques to develop literacy. The number of ELLs in the school system has more than doubled over the last 20 years, challenging teachers to create a welcoming and supportive environment that promotes strong, effective readers.
