As the immigrant population grows nationally, there are complex policies, practices, and issues facing child welfare staff. This Web site is comprised of resources from state and national agencies that can assist those working with immigrant families in the child welfare system. Such resources include: sample forms from Public Child Welfare Agencies, conference presentations and Power Points, resources produced by the Annie E. Casey Foundation and Family to Family, and additional resources produced for Public Child Welfare Agencies, Immigrant Foster Youth and Families, and National Legal/Immigrant Serving Organizations.
