This report focuses on the formation of early attachments with young children and their relation to later developmental outcomes. This report highlights established international research findings and was developed to support the work of early childhood advocates and policy makers. Of particular interest to BRYCS’ audience will likely be the section on “Attachment and Cultural Context” on page 10, though the influence of culture is integrated throughout.
