The web site is sponsored jointly by the Virginia-based Center for Multicultural Human Services (CMHS) and the National Alliance for Multicultural Mental Health (NAMMH). Links are provided to information about the mental health, education, and social services provided by CMHS across a variety of languages; specific materials related to CMHS’s refugee mental health program, including a needs assessment report, training manual, and mental health brochures written in 12 different languages; particular services available through CMHS’s “survivors of torture and trauma program,” including psychological/psychiatric evaluations, individual and group therapy, crisis counseling, and child-oriented services; the goals of NAMMH and membership; training programs, staff, and fees; and career, volunteer, and internship opportunities.
