CSEFEL is a national resource center for disseminating research and evidence based practices to Head Start and child care programs across the country. Information and resources on the Web site are designed to build capacity of teachers and parents in supporting the healthy social and emotional development and competence, addressing challenging behavior and school readiness of young children aged birth to five.
