These guides attempt to bridge the conversation gap around English language learners. Each topic (e.g. culturally responsive teaching, parent outreach, etc.) has a ???Dialogue Guide,??? which includes ???reaction questions??? and ???application questions??? that were developed by interdisciplinary groups of teachers, administrators, and parents. The Dialogue Guides are appropriate to use in meetings, professional development trainings, or any forum that brings together the various stakeholders involved in children???s education.
