What is it like for an unaccompanied, undocumented child to be apprehended at the border, reunified and transitioned into the public education? During this webinar you will learn what happens when an immigrant child is taken into custody, the services available upon his or her release, and barriers with the education. In addition, the discussion will include cultural affirming practices that child welfare agencies can incorporate to better serve this population.
